4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days and delivered within 7–9 working days, depending on the location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics delays, natural events, etc.).
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing or before dispatch.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7–9 business days after product verification.
